Dr. Thahir was patient with me when I went in with an Achilles rupture. He was meticulous and ensured that I got the necessary tests to fully diagnose the extent of my injury. He was honest with me about the proposed treatment. All in all, I was happy with me experience with Dr. Thahir.

Dr Azeem Thahir approached me with a smile. Quickly judged my level of understanding. Listened actively. Spoke clearly with empathy and clarity. Examined all information thoroughly and double checked an x-ray result with a CT. He sought and recieved a second opion from a senior collegue. Extensive and possibly life changing surgery were avoided because of his thoroughness I left feeling that I'd had the best possible care. The NHS should seek to get him cloned.

Doctor Thahir was great at putting my mind at rest after being admitted with chest pains, He explained everything that was happening which really helped me at the time.

Visited A&E Colchester on Saturday evening (3/8/2019) and cannot speak to highly of everyone involved in my care. Dr Azeem Thahir was very thorough and professional.Considering it was a Saturday evening I did not feel that I was being given any less time for the review of tests and ECGs that were taken. The whole process was excellent and waiting times, to me, seemed very reasonable considering the time and day involved. A very reassuring process and the doctor had an excellent manner How can you maintain that under such pressure and doubtless people full of anxiety? my very grateful thanks David Scott

Doctor listened to me properly during my time at A&E. I was well looked after , cared for and he attended me well. He did take genuine interest in providing correct diagnosis. I had been in A&E for over 4 hours following an accident in road and I could see him working quite hard attending all other patients as well making sure they are being cared for well so it looks he can handle pressure quite well. He has good communication skills and what impressed me a lot is he could effectively communicate out the message clearly and quickly via phone to cross departments such as CT Scan,Blood report etc very well. I found him polite and displays great profesional ethics. Good luck and thankyou for yesterdays treatment
